My background is in HR operations. With a Master’s in Human Resources (MSIR) and over a decade of experience in global manufacturing, I’ve spent my career building systems that keep businesses efficient, compliant, and growing.
But I’m also an experienced coach. I’m in the gym every day. I understand the unique flow of a class, the connection with members, and the challenges of managing a coaching staff. I bridge the gap between complex employment issues and the reality of the gym floor.
